Quiche Bagel

Plain Bagel


  • 1 Aunt Millie’s Plain Bagel
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. diced ham
  • 1 tsp. snipped chives (optional)

Yield: 2 servings


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Divide bagel in half, and gently hollow out the inside of the bagel. Please both pieces on a small baking sheet.
  3. Layer in the cheese, vegetables, and ham. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the bagel completely covering the cheese and vegetables.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the egg is set.
  5. Finish with the chives if desired.
