Ingredients:
- 4 slices Aunt Millie's Seeded Rye Bread
- 8 slices of corned beef
- 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, drained
- 4 slices of swiss cheese
- 4 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Yield: 2 Sandwiches
Directions:
- Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
- Spread each bread slice with 1/2 Tbsp. of butter.
- Turn over two slices and top with 2 slices of corned beef, then 1/4 cup of sauerkraut, and two slices of cheese. Finish with the remaining slices of corned beef.
- Top with the remaining two buttered bread slices.
- Place sandwich on grill and heat until browned lightly on both sides and cheese is melted.
