Three Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 8 slices Aunt Millie's Hearth 12 Grain Bread
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. Gruyere, shredded
- 1/2 c. sharp cheddar, shredded
- Butter
Yield: 4 Sandwiches
Directions:
- Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix the Gruyere and sharp cheddar together in a seperate bowl.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread, and spread some of the mayonnaise mixture on the other side of the bread.
- Top the mayonnaise mixture with 1/4 cup of cheese mixture.
- Top the sandwich with remaining slices, mayonnaise side down, onto the cheese mixture.
- Cook sandwich on each side until golden and crispy. Remove sandwich from heat and let set for a few minutes.
