Baked Beef & Swiss Rolls

Hawaiian Dinner Rolls


  • 1 package Aunt Millie's Hawaiian dinner rolls. 12 ct.
  • 1 - 12 oz. package of beef, sliced
  • 1 - 8 oz. package of swiss cheese, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. butter (half stick) melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard

Yield: 12 servings


  1. Cut rolls in half.
  2. Place the bottom in a deep baking pan large enough to hold 12 sandwiches, about 11" x 14" pan.
  3. Top the rolls in the pan with beef slices, and top with the swiss cheese slices.
  4. Place the top of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  5. Mix together butter, onion soup mix, and mustard.
  6. Pour mixture evenly over the sandwiches.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to allow the rolls to crisp.
  9. Remove from oven to cool and serve.
