BLT Bacon Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich


Old-Fashioned Multi-Grain Bread


  • 6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 16 strips low sodium bacon
  • 8 leafs greeen leaf lettuce
  • 16 medium slices red tomato
  • 8 slices Aunt Millie's Old-Fashioned Multi-Grain Bread

Yield: 4 sandwiches


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Place thawed bacon strips onto cooking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy
  3. Toast bread slices until golden brown. Spread mayonnaise evenly onto toasted bread slices
  4. Layer with tomato slices, cooked bacon, and green leaf lettuce
  5. Serve with your favorite side
