BLT
Ingredients:
- 6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 16 strips low sodium bacon
- 8 leafs greeen leaf lettuce
- 16 medium slices red tomato
- 8 slices Aunt Millie's Old-Fashioned Multi-Grain Bread
Yield: 4 sandwiches
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place thawed bacon strips onto cooking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy
- Toast bread slices until golden brown. Spread mayonnaise evenly onto toasted bread slices
- Layer with tomato slices, cooked bacon, and green leaf lettuce
- Serve with your favorite side
