Sourdough English Muffins


  • 4 Aunt Millie's Sourdough English muffins, toasted
  • 8 large eggs, poached or fried if desired
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried
  • 4 avocados, sliced
  • 2 c. chili con queso sauce
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped

Yield: 8 servings


  1. Lay out one half of each English muffin.
  2. Top each with egg, avocado, bacon, and desired amount of chili con queso sauce.
  3. Finish with a sprinkling of fresh cilantro.
