Shrimp Salad Tea Sandwiches

Honey Wheat Tea Rolls


  • 4 Aunt Millie's Healthy Goodness Honey Wheat Tea Rolls
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. dill relish
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

Yield: 4 Sandwiches


  1. Gently mix together the shrimp, ketchup, mayonnaise and dill relish, being careful not to break up the shrimp.
  2. Slice the tea rolls in half.
  3. Divide the mixture between the 4 dinner rolls and top with spinach leaves.
  4. Top with the other half of the dinner roll.
