Azodicarbonamide

 
The use of azodicarbonamide (ADA) in baking bread has been in the news a lot lately.  The USDA does approve of the use of ADA at very low levels.  We at Aunt Millie’s understand that some customers may have a concern with the use of this ingredient as a dough conditioner. 

Since there is a perception that ADA is harmful in some quarters, we continue to investigate other alternatives to ADA.  In the meantime, we feel confident that ADA is safe to use and not harmful to our customers.  Aunt Millie’s takes pride in baking the best bread products for our customers.
